5. Cargo Acceptance

All shipments are accepted subject to accurate declaration of contents, weight, dimensions, and applicable hazardous-material classifications. BREEZE LOGISTICS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse or hold cargo that does not comply with applicable customs or carrier regulations.

6. Liability Limits

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the declared value at the time of booking, subject to applicable international conventions including CMR, Hague-Visby Rules, and Montreal Convention as appropriate to the mode of transport.

7. Claims Procedure

Sections 5 through 9 define cargo acceptance criteria, liability limits, claims procedures, and payment obligations for all freight movements handled by BREEZE LOGISTICS LIMITED.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to support@breezelogistics.com within 7 days of delivery, or within 14 days if the loss was not apparent at delivery. Claims submitted outside these windows may be declined.

8. Payment and Invoicing

All freight charges are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. BREEZE LOGISTICS LIMITED reserves a lien over all cargo in its custody for outstanding charges until payment is received in full.

9. Customs and Compliance

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all goods comply with import and export regulations in the origin and destination countries. BREEZE LOGISTICS LIMITED acts as agent for customs clearance on instruction and does not assume liability for penalties arising from inaccurate client declarations.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for resolution of any dispute arising under these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through written negotiation within 30 days before initiating legal proceedings. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

12. Amendments
